We are happy to explore what goals and treatment could look like for you. Typically we do sessions that last an hour. We are happy to work on a continuum of care. We routinely work with stakeholders, in your mental health care, such as physicians and spouses, etc. We use evidence based practices such as mindful based approaches, trauma informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Gottman assessments and interventions.
