Jon and Arianna Mitchell became a couple in 2013. The couple initially bonded over their love of food, cultural experiences, travel, documentaries, their sobriety, outspoken natures, and their dogs.

Establishing Turning Point Mental Health Services would allow them to better control certain aspects of client services. Personally, it would also allow for better self-care. We try hard to “practice what we preach” ;). At Turning Point, respect, quality care, fairness, empathy, hope and advocacy are overarching values.
At Turning Point we also want to acknowledge that there are many factors that contribute to your current mental health. Along with personal choices and genetics, political, geographical and social environments impact overall wellbeing.
At Turning Point we are sensitive to women’s issues, LGBTQ issues, and racial inequality. Combined the couple has worked in community settings for 18 years. This has provided us the humility to know that Kentuckians, especially those who face adversity, are amazingly resilient people!
We look forward to working with you! Please check out our biographies and services.
